Our Barbuzzo + Victory Beer Dinner is tonight! For our fourth course we'll be serving Yakima Glory Dark Brined Rabbit Saddle, and the boys in the kitchen have been working on this one all week! They were pretty excited about the process and are anxious to show off the finished product at dinner tonight...

Beautiful Friday = Busy Friday!

It's one of the final days of Philadelphia's Flower Show, and a pretty nice Friday to boot, so lunchtime was buzzing. Below you'll see we're busy upstairs...and busy downstairs! The prep kitchen is always full of boys hard at work...and Chris. ;)
